DIY pumpkin carving with your doll

Hey its Rylee! Today I am going to be showing you how to carve a mini pumpkin for you dolls. Honestly, I think these pumpkins are so so cute because The pipkin itself and the seeds are mini! Haha, anyway I hope you enjoy!

Here is a list of the things you will need:
Mini Pumpkins(I got mine from Walmart)
Bowl
Carving knife(Or any knife that will cut a pumpkin)
Spoon
Drill
Diffrent sized drill bits(I got mine from my dad)
Battery operated candle

One thing that I want to quickly mention is that when I finished my pumpkin, The candle didn't fit because the pumpkin was to small, So I just didn't use a candle and just used it as decoration.

So the first thing you want to do it carefully, using you knife, Cut around the top of your pumpkin, just like you would with a big one except you have to be carful because the knife will go all the way through you pumpkin and come out the other side so just be carful (You might want a parents help for this part if you are young)

Then using you spoon, scoop out the pumpkins innards(AKA the seeds and slime) into a bowl.

Next decide what drill bit you want to use. You can decide on any size you want to and drill any design you want to on your pumpkin. I am doing flowers on mine, so you just want to take a small bit and drill a hole any where in your pumpkin. then drill 5 or 6 smaller holes smaller holes around it.

Then you want to make lots of little flowers all around on your pumpkin.

As you can see, the candle didn't fit, so I just used it for decoration without a candle which, still looks cute!!

As you can see in the picture above, I did different sized holes on my big pumpkin and then on the other side that is not shown, has flowers on it.

This makes a adorable fall decoration for your dolls room/house!

Here is a picture of my pumpkin.

Tips:
Be carful to not push the drill in to fast or not  carefully because like the knife, It could easily go right through the other side or bottom.
If you are young, make sure to have a parent help you!
Make a mental not that you should not pull hard on the stem of the pumpkin because it can come off. If it did come off, You can glue it back on after your done carving it.
