2 New Dolls!

Hello,
Today I got 2 new dolls! They are both Pleasant Company dolls. One is Addy and the other is Molly. As you can see they don't have their complete meet outfits or accessories. They will also need a bit of TLC, but I think restoring them is going to be a very fun challenge. There will be many posts in the future as I restore them and "introduce" them to my other dolls and such. I will also do a review of them, so stay tuned!

Sorry for the picture quality, I took the pics really quick so I could show you all.
Here are the dolls exactly as they came.

    1. I am so glad they are in pretty good condition. I worked on combing through their hair and their skin needs to be washed. Addy's limbs are very loose and I am hoping I don't have to un-stuff her and tighten them!

  2. Welcome to the family! Are you going to re-naming them or keeping their names? :D They are so cute.

    1. Oh, you are so sweet! I am so happy you enjoy my blog! I purchased Addy and Molly from a lady at my church who found a trunk of Pleasant Company items in her garage. Wouldn't that be a dream come true?

  5. Yay! Congrats on getting Addy and Molly!! I've never restored a doll before, but it sounds fun :0)
One question about Addy's hair quaility, is her hair really matted or can you run your hand through it?
Thanks, I've been wanting to know because I really love Addy and have her on my list.

    1. My Addy's hair isn't matted at all, It actually has a lot of volume. One I brushed out Addy's hair I could run my fingers through it and style it. So, far I would recommend her, but I have only owned her for 14 hours and I was asleep for 8 of them :)

  6. Wow! I'm sure you'll have a fun time restoring them. That's always fun. :) Where did you find them? And is the skirt that Molly is wearing part of her collection, or is it not AG brand?

  7. Oh, never mind about where you bought them, I just read another comment. :)

    1. No, the skirt isn't part of Molly collection, is Pleasant Company though. Actually it is a bib-overall dress! It is super cute :)
