100th Post!

Hello!
I am so happy to be back at blogging again. I wasn't planning on taking such a long break, it just kind of happened. I got a new computer and I was slow about moving all of my pictures over and such. Yes, I do like doing my nails, I just rarely get around to it . . . 
What kind of personality do you think you have?
My friends say that I am quiet until you get to know me, and that I am sweet and funny. Their words not mine :)
Are you an extrovert or an introvert?
I am an introvert. I like being around people, just not talking to them :)
What are your favorite hobbies?
Playing violin, arts and crafts, photography, and American Girl Dolls.
Do you have any pets? If so, what kind?
My family and I used to have a bunch of fish in a large aquarium in our basement, but we don't have them anymore. I would like to get more someday.

Darling Doll Blog Award

Hello, how are you?
I got nominated for the Darling Doll Blog Award by Hope Harman-Potteiger and Ginger Spice! And may I just say that I think this award is very fitting given the title of my blog :)
Let's get started with the questions!

Hope's Questions:
1. What doll looks most like you?
I look most like MAG #51, light skin, brown hair, brown eyes.
What is the best part about being a blogger?
Getting to "meet" people that I would otherwise have no connection to, and being able to share my ideas with the world.
If you were to make a custom, who would it be?
It would have the Josefina Face mold, Elizabeth's eyes, Caroline's hair, and maybe freckles.
If you had to get rid of one of your dolls, which one would you get rid of?
There is no way I can choose one, and I hope I never have to!!!
What is your favorite AG book.
I don't really read AG books anymore, but I remember liking the Samantha books most. I also enjoyed Molly, Kit, and Addy.

Ginger's Questions: 
1. What doll is next up on your wish list?
I am not planning to get another doll, but if someone handed me the money I would get Caroline.
2. If your dolls could have any pet they wanted, what would they choose?
Although they already have 3 dogs, 2 horses and a bunny rabbit, Lilly would like a cat, Addy would like a bird, and Rachel would like a hamster. 
3. What are some of your favorite things to do?
I love playing the violin, doing crafts, and blogging!
4. What do you think about Grace, the new GOTY?
She is really pretty, one of the prettiest GOTY's yet, I like her collection too.
5. If your doll(s) came to life, what do you think they would say to you?
I hope they would tell me their real personalities and interests so that I could make their profiles realistic.

Dollhouse! + Shout Outs

Yes, I'm getting a dollhouse. My dad and I are custom building it, and we just started a few days ago. I apologize that I don't have a picture but we are changing out original design a bit, it is a long story. The structural part is about half done. It still needs the back, and walls, and the roof, and doors, etc. It is about 51/2ft, by 5ft, by 2ft. Stay tuned for more posts as my dollhouse is completed and to see some pictures!
