Summer Reflection

An Issue with BeForever Outfits

Hello, I hope that you all are having a wonderful Labor Day. I wanted to tell you a story about the outfits pictured above. So, I go these outfits on Thursday at The American Girl Place Minneapolis. Both were pictured online with a hair clip. A red one for Kit's outfit and a gold one for Rebecca's. Neither came with one though. We called AG about it the same day and they said many people had called with the same issue. They weren't sure if it was a manufacturer mess up or if they had put it on the website wrong. AG said they would call back after the holiday weekend when they knew more. Well, they ended up calling back Friday and said that they had put it on their website wrong. (Which I don't get because when you buy the doll it comes with a clip.) Anyway, they said they since they advertised it wrong they would send us the barrettes free of charge. But they said it would take 4-6 months for the replacements to come in so we should call back then. You heard right: 4-6 months. I think they are hoping that we will forget to call, but I'm going to try very hard to remember, I want my barrettes! Besides we already paid for them by getting the outfit.
I would still recommend getting these outfits, just be sure to call AG so you can get your barrette in 4-6 months.

BeForever Debut - Minneapolis

Here are a few of the pictures that I took at The American Girl Place Minneapolis on Thursday August 28th, the day of the BeForever Debut.

I would just like to apologize in advanced for the terrible picture quality due to lighting and glare. Also for any blurriness. I was trying to take quick pictures with a small camera so I wouldn't be in anyone's way.

CAMP Innerstar Talent Show

The CAMP Innerstar Campers and Counselors just finished up their end of the year talent show. Now it is time for them to all head home. It has been a wonderful summer!
